With a diverse range of skills and knowledge, she possesses extensive expertise in various aspects of HR, including policy development, handbook creation, risk management, recruitment, training and development, performance management, HRIS implementations, payroll, benefits administration, and safety.


Gina holds a degree in Business Administration and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Additionally, she has earned certifications as a Designated Employer Representative (DER) and OSHA 10, further enhancing her qualifications.


Gina takes great pride in serving on the SHRMBC Board and supporting the local HR and business community.
