Gina Parker, the President of Parker Human Resource Services, LLC, is a highly accomplished expert in the field of Human Resources. With a diverse range of skills and knowledge, she possesses extensive expertise in various aspects of HR, including policy development, handbook creation, risk management, recruitment, training and development, performance management, HRIS implementations, payroll, benefits administration, and safety.

Gina holds a degree in Business Administration and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Additionally, she has earned certifications as a Designated Employer Representative (DER) and OSHA 10, further enhancing her qualifications.

Gina takes great pride in her involvement with the BCSHRM's Board and is an active member of Mobile SHRM and the Mobile Chamber of Commerce.
